After T-Mobile were the first to begin with the US Lollipop rollout earlier this year, AT&T soon followed, along with other major US carriers. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Android Marshmallow update is not available, and it seems unlikely that the device will receive official Marshmallow support given its age. We will let you know when we learn more.

AT&T Galaxy Note 3 update
Following T-Mobile's rollout, AT&T updated its Note 3s (SM-N900A) to Lollipop. The update brought battery improvements, smart-lock functionality, lock-screen notifications, plus the new Material Design look and feel, making it one of the biggest updates to hit the Note 3 in the past couple of years.
Go to Settings > General tab > About device > Software updates > Check for updates to see if your device has received the update. The current software version is N900AUCUEOC2. Find full instructions at the AT&T support page.
T-Mobile Galaxy Note 3 update
T-Mobile was the first US carrier out of the gate, updating the Note 3 to version N900TUVUFOB6. Go to the About Phone page in your Settings menu and tap Software update to see if you can download the latest version and you can view the T-Mobile-specific changelog on Samsung's cell phone update FAQ.
Verizon Galaxy Note 3 update
The Verizon Galaxy Note 3 Android 5.0 Lollipop update has now rolled out. It is software version number N900VVRUEOF1.
Sprint Galaxy Note 3 update
Sprint Note 3 has been updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop and has also received the Stagefight patch. The device currently sits on software version N900PVPUEOH1.
