Just as AT&T began the rollout of Android 5.0 for the Galaxy Note 4 earlier today, the carrier is also sending out an update to its predecessor, the Galaxy Note 3. The update brings the build number LRX21V.N900AUCUE0C1 and introduces a multitude of changes on the device.
Given that the update has only begun to rollout now, we urge you to remain patient if the notification hasn’t popped up on your device yet. You can also try heading over to the settings to download the update that way if you’re impatient to wait for the OTA notification. But in any case, the update should finish rolling out in the coming days.
Much like the Galaxy Note 4 update, this one too is 1GB in size and offers a ton of new features. This will be more noticeable since the Galaxy Note 3 was running Android 4.4 KitKat up until now. There are some new S Pen specific features that are exclusive to Samsung’s Note devices, so it’s certainly a worthwhile update.
