“I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 that I bought the day it came out. Verizon sent out 2 updates since I got the phone. On the last update, which was middle of December, I noticed that my back camera won’t focus. On things that are close, it can focus, but not on things that are farther than an arm’s length. It’s like the camera is stuck in a macro mode. The front camera works fine though. I don’t want to send my phone away or get a refurbished one because, besides the camera, this phone has been working great. Is there anything I can do to fix this? My plan was just to wait for the next update but you don’t realize how much you use your camera until you no longer can and I really want to start taking pictures again. Please help!
P.S. When I went to a Verizon store to ask them about the issue, the guy there said that I was the fifth person who came in saying the same thing happened after the update so I know it’s not just me.”
