The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will not be announced sooner than September, but we’re already seeing the smartphone making appearances in leaks. The latest comes through a shipping manifest in India where a device with the model number SM-N910A has just been spotted, carrying a 5.7 inch display. The same device has also been spotted in a UAProf or User Agent Profile over at Samsung’s website, sporting the same 5.7 inch display but with QHD resolution.
This is all the confirmation we need from an upcoming flagship product, after coming across a report which suggested the device would pack a 5.7 inch QHD panel. The model SM-N910A could be headed towards AT&T as the last alphabet of the model number is always indicative of where the device is headed.
As for the handset itself, there are several theories as to what to expect from the upcoming Note flagship. It is likely that this will be a standard 2K resolution panel while rumors have also suggested that Samsung could go with a curved OLED panel. It’s unlikely that Samsung would risk a new technology with a popular product like the Note series, so we might see it being introduced with a different product, possibly with the Galaxy Round successor.
