While one of the SIM slot can carry any 2G/3G/4G micro-SIM card, the second slot can only be used with 2G micro-SIM card.
Apart from the dual-SIM option, the rest of the specification will be identical to vanilla Galaxy Note 4 version. The phone will have Snapdragon 805 processor underneath the hood which is accompanied by LTE support, 3GB RAM, a Quad HD display, 16 mega-pixel main camera with OSI, 3.7 mega-pixel front camera and the much talked about S Pen stylus.
Samsung will release the dual-SIM version of Galaxy Note 4 only in China at this moment. No word if this will ever come out to other markets.
