The blogosphere is confident that a Samsung Galaxy S 4 mini is about to be revealed. We’ve had a set of images leaked of the device before and today a benchmark result of the Galaxy S 4 mini reveals new details of this device.
The Galaxy S 4 mini is reported to run a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset instead of an Exynos 5 that we’ve earlier heard whispers of. The chipset powering the Galaxy S 4 mini is a dual-core Krait processor clocked at 1.7GHz and an Adreno 305 GPU. Other confirmed details include a 960 x 540 pixel display, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, dual-band WiFi 802.11n. Android 4.2 Jelly Bean will run out of the box. Additionally, a 6-megapixel camera (3264 x 1836) is allegedly confirmed by sample images posted on Picasa.
