The Samsung Galaxy S3 has gone from speculation to reality today, with the phone finally outed at an event in London.
TechRadar was at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked 2012 event and has already managed to get a hands on: Samsung Galaxy S3 review, and it is a device that Samsung is calling the 'best in class smartphone'.
This is according to JK Shin from Samsung who explained a little bit about what inspired the phone at the London event.
According to Shin: "The Samsung Galaxy S3 is inspired by water, wind, leaves and pebbles.
"It is like the warmth of the beach and will offer a whole new mobile experience like never before.
"It is effortlessly smart – it can see you, listen to you and understand what you want."
Sounds like Samsung has decided to get closer to nature with the handset – even using an actual water drop sample for its lock screen.
The phone's features were outlined at the event – including the fact it has a 4.8 inch screen with an improved AMOLED display, better battery at 2,100 mAH battery.
All of this is with a slim, curved chassis that's 8.6mm thick and 133g.
Shin also announced the Samsung Galaxy S3 UK release date is the end of May. But you already know this as TechRadar gave you the exclusive on this earlier today.
