Samsung’s two latest flagship Android handsets, the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3, will be available in TD-LTE flavors in the near future.
The TD-LTE Galaxy S4 has the model number GT-I9508C, while the TD-LTE edition of the Note 3 is the SM-N9008V. Both have been certified in China recently, and are on their way to China Mobile, the world’s largest carrier.
Since China Mobile is getting ready to officially start offering TD-LTE services on December 18, this may be the day when the GT-I9508C and SM-N9008V will become available. If that’s the case, the two Samsung devices will be launched at the same time with China Mobile’s iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C (which will also support TD-LTE).

Samsung has already sold more than 40 million Galaxy S4s and more than 5 million Note 3s around the world. Having them both released as 4G devices through China Mobile should help drive those sales numbers up a bit.
