U.K. independent electronics retailer Clove will start shipping its first batch Galaxy S4 Zoom stock today. The device is expected to retail at £442.80 inc. VAT, (£369 exc. VAT), which equates to approximately $660. This announcement comes just days after the Galaxy S4 Active and Galaxy S4 Mini touched down in the United Kingdom.
The monstrous camera-phone hybrid has completed its journey to the U.K. and consists of a mid-range Android smartphone, featuring a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a whopping 16-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2330 mAh battery. The device will ship running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and will be upgradable to Android 4.3 upon its release.
The Galaxy S4 Zoom has a whopping 16-megapixel lens fixed to the back of the device with 10x Optical Zoom and a Xenon Flash. On the front of the device, you will find a standard 1.9-megapixel camera. The Zoom will be able to capture much better photographs than your standard smartphone; however, you will have to sacrifice speed, beauty and slimness in return for a great shot.
