The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 (WiFi) is the latest to get the Lollipop treatment with Android 5.0.2 now being sent out to the tablet. It is said that the update is currently being rolled out in South Korea, with more regions expected to get it over the coming weeks.
This update is only applicable for the WiFi version, so LTE users will have to keep waiting to see Android 5.0 on their tablet. The update is available over the air or through Samsung Kies, which is the company’s desktop software that lets you pull updates.
If none of those options work, make sure you head over to the settings and try downloading the update manually. Considering the amount of features in tow, the update is a hefty 1.5GB in size. Keeping this in mind, it might be wise to remain on an unlimited WiFi connection before downloading this new update.
