Samsung released its first teaser video for its upcoming Galaxy S IV smartphone Monday on the company’s YouTube account. The bringer of all that is good and light is a little boy named Jeremy, who is, in the canon of the tale about to unfold, the first civilian to get a glimpse of the Galaxy S IV.
Few concrete details have emerged about the Galaxy S IV, which Samsung is set to announce at a Mobile Unpacked event March 14. A quad-core chip and 1080p display seem likely, and a 13-megapixel camera is another possible spec bump. The teaser, however, reveals virtually nothing about the phone, appearing only as a Pulp Fiction-style glow emanating from a box.
The story opens on young Jeremy, sitting self-serious at the far end of a conference table. Cookies and milk have been placed at his seat by an unseen servant, but Jeremy will not be tempted—the ardent desire for nothing but the Galaxy S IV stays his hand.
