Those looking for a translation app for iOS may want to check out SayHi Translate. The app touts the ability to let you “speak another language without ever learning it.” Simply put, you launch the app, choose the language you need to have your words translated to and begin talking. From that point the app takes over and gives you what we can only assume is an accurate translation. That bit aside, the app is priced at $2.99 and up until this point has been available for the iPhone only. And well, the app has recently been updated to version 1.6. As to what is new and/or has been changed — SayHi Translate is now a universal app with native support for the larger display on the iPad. Of course, it will continue to work equally well on the iPhone and iPod touch as it had in the past. Bottom line, if you want a translation app for iOS and can afford to shell out $2.99 – SayHi Translate may be one to consider.
