Before the weekend we had reported the Sense 6.0 software update is ready to roll out to the Canadian version of original HTC One and according to some users the update is now making its way out! The update looks to be pretty hefty, coming in at a little under 700MB, so you’ll probably want to be connected to WiFi before you start downloading.
While I don’t have a M7 in front of me to test out, some changes that have been noted by users are an updated camera and gallery app, the addition of the extreme power saving mode, the new version of Blinkfeed and the ability to change the themes. I’m curious to know if they implemented the gestures into the M7 as that was one of my favourite software additions in the M8.
If you haven’t already received the update try jumping into your settings and clicking on about phone. From there you should be able to do a manual check for the software update. If you’ve already received the update, let us know what other changes you find in Sense 6.0!
