Sure, that’s not the biggest carrier in the country, so this doesn’t amount to a big push or anything like that. Still, it’s probably nice to have your existing flagship smartphone for sale on at least one of the ‘big four’ in the US. Granted, it’s not like this is a new partnership or anything like that. The Sony Xperia Z has been offered by T-Mobile too, so perhaps it’s only natural that the magenta carrier would want to go for its successor as well.
At the moment, there’s no indication of when the Xperia Z1 will reach T-Mobile’s stores, or how much you’ll need to pay for it. But because the image you can see above got leaked via @evleaks, one thing’s for certain: one day the Xperia Z1 will be available from a US carrier. If you’re interested in when that will happen exactly, stay tuned and we’ll let you know when we find out. Obviously the wait shouldn’t be longer than a few weeks, since we assume that TMo and Sony wouldn’t want to miss the all-important ‘holiday season’ sales.
