The earlier rumored Sony Xperia Z3 will apparently be one of the thinnest phones around, coming in the 7mm thick body. Set to be announced in the second half of the year, this device will reportedly rock Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 rather than faster 805 chip. Sony apparently needs more time to test Qualcomm’s newer SoC before committing to integrate it in its phones. Or they could skip that model altogether and go straight to 64-bit Snapdragon 808 and 810 series in early 2015.
Anyhow, the lack of Snapdragon 805 may be a deal-breaker for some, while the majority of users won’t care that much. Or so we think.
Another Sony news suggests that Sony may not be working on successor to the Xperia Z Ultra 2. That teaser we’ve seen the other day was probably meant for the newly announced Xperia T3.
Meanwhile, users are able to buy the rock-solid Xperia Z2, which may not get the attention like the Galaxy S5 or HTC One M8 but it’s equally awesome device.
