You all know Speck, evergreen, popular and professional gadget case maker who have been producing awesome-looking iPad and iPhone cases.
They have released an accessory for a device everyone is now sure of hearing about. Yeah, the iPad 3.Speck recently launched a prototype of what is going to be the iPad 3 Case from Speck. The case looks very much like the iPad 2 cases that they once released but the company says it is just a prototype so after the iPad 3 is released, some modifications will be done on the iPad 3 case and finally released to the public. The case looks awesome and that goes without saying.
Nothing has been said about how much it would cost, but it’s not going to cost you much more than all those iPad 2 cases Speck came out with last year.
As such, the case looks perfect as a multi-purpose gadget case cover. It has enough room to keep the iPad safe (the iPad 2 already fits perfectly). The case also features some cool designs but it’s not black. One commenter on a popular site that posted about the case said it would sell like hot cakes if only the case was black. Of course, that comment apart, the case does look like it would sell like hot cakes already.
Well the case is ready but is the device that is going to fit in the case ready? Yes, of course. Apple has sent invitations to the media already. It reads something like, “We have something that you really need to see. And touch.”
And then there is the iPad-like device in the background. The date is March 7 and the place, San Francisco.
Apple is set to launch the iPad 3 on March 7. The iPad 3 release date would then probably be just a few days from then. Some scintillating iPad 3 features that have been constantly talked about are the HD Retina Display (perhaps, that’s why Apple has said, We have something you really need to “see”), the OS that would run on iPad 3, and most importantly the processor that ships with the iPad 3.
