Atlus’ Tears to Tiara II: Heir of the Overload is now available on the PlayStation 3 for $39.99, and with today’s launch the company has released a brand-new trailer highlighting what makes this game stand out from the rest.
First off, players won’t require any knowledge of the previous Tears to Tiara title in order to enjoy its sequel as the story and gameplay are completely self-contained. Atlus claims Tears to Tiara II will take over 80 hours to complete as players jump between its strategy RPG elements among its visual novel-style storytelling.
Over 15 main characters will be playable in Tears to Tiara II, all of which have their own piece in the overall story. Each of which will have their own joint attack that allows two characters to combine their efforts in order to deliver a unique blow to the enemy.
The game also has a girl riding an elephant that can fling soldiers. How could you not be the least interested in that?
