First thing to do is to download the Android 4.4.2 I9195XXUCNF9 zip file from here and extract its content to obtain the I9195XXUCNF9 tar.md5 file. (do not extract any other file on the further).
Now, download ODIN v3.09 application from here and save it on your PC, unzip the file.
Turn off the device.
Boot the device into Download Mode.
Open the ODIN exe file on your computer.
Connect the device with the PC by using the USB Cable.
