While Verizon is getting ready to launch the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, it looks like it will also release the older Galaxy S III Mini.
A Verizon-branded S III Mini has been unveiled by EVleaks, unfortunately without any details on its launch. The handset – originally introduced around the world at the end of last year – will probably be offered for next to nothing on contract.
Verizon is not the only US carrier to release both the Galaxy S4 Mini and S III Mini. AT&T has recently started selling the S III Mini for $0.99 on contract, and will offer the S4 Mini next month (possibly at the same time with Verizon).
Like AT&T’s S III Mini, Verizon’s version should run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Its features will include a 4 inch WVGA display, LTE connectivity, 5MP rear camera with flash, VGA front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, dual-core 1GHz processor, 8GB of expandable internal memory, and a 2,00 mAh battery.
