Verizon has just confirmed that they will be releasing the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 with LTE this March 7. The device will be made available online or through stores for $599.99 and will be the 16 GB model. The price itself is $100 more expensive than the Wi-Fi only model.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 with LTE Technical Specifications
5 MP rear camera with LED flash, 720p video recording at 30 fps
1.9 MP front camera
While there may be other similarly sized tablets available in the market today what sets this model apart from the rest is its use of the S Pen technology. This makes it easier for you to make detailed inputs which might be difficult using a finger. You’re going to love using the S Pen for photo editing using Adobe Photoshop Touch since it makes it easy for you to add effects, filters and more.
Aside from the S Pen this tablet also comes with an impressive hardware specification. Its use of a quad core processor combined with 2 GB of RAM is more than enough to handle any apps available for the Android system. Multitasking between different apps will definitely be smoother without any lags.
In terms of design the device uses plastic which does not give it a premium feel but does not look cheap either. It’s not the thinnest or the lightest tablet available however it is lighter than the iPad 3.
The use of a 7000mAh battery will allow you to use the device at a longer period of time while connected to the LTE network. You can stay productive longer without needing to constantly charge your device.
If you are looking for a high end tablet on Verizon then consider getting this model.
