Xiaomi’s president and co-founder, Lin Bin, has just released a teaser for a new variant of the Mi Note. An image was released through Weibo that shows the new handset while giving a few details about the device.
Lin compared the Mi Note with the iPhone 6 Plus phablet, saying that their product is superior in both build quality and features. Mi Note is currently also available in a Pro version that brings 4 GB of RAM memory and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor.
Xiaomi has officially launched the Mi Note in China, in January. Mi Note features a 5.7-inch display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution at 386 PPI. The device is powered by Snapdragon 801 processor, Adreno 330, with 3 GB RAM. The smartphone is just 7.1 mm thin and weighs 161 gm.
