Woot has the Samsung Galaxy S10e on sale today for just $449. This is for an open-box model, which is almost like getting it brand new. Basically it was bought, and then returned in the return period. This was originally priced at $749, but the regular price is now around $599.
There are two models available – 128GB and 256GB. These are priced at $449 and $499 respectively. All three colors are in stock, but depending on the storage you want, you may not get a choice on color. Like the Prism Black is only available in the 128GB model. There's also a choice between AT&T and Verizon models, they are unlocked though. So both should work on all four carriers.
The Galaxy S10e was one of Samsung's best-selling smartphones that launched in 2019. It was low-key a really important and popular device for Samsung.
With a 5.8-inch FHD+ display, the Snapdragon 855 chipset inside, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage or 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There was also a micro SD card slot available for expanding storage, should you need more space.
This was all powered by a pretty modest 3100mAh capacity battery. It's pretty small by 2020 standards, but remember this is a pretty small display and it's 1080p resolution at that. So the battery life was actually really decent on this model.
For cameras, it has a 12-megapixel main sensor and a 16-megapixel ultrawide. With the Galaxy S10e, you are losing out on the telephoto camera. But for most people, that's not a big deal. As ultrawide is much more important.
