Over the past few years, iPhone screens have been all about a "bigger is better" mindset. But according to the latest rumors from 9to5Mac, it seems that Apple has something tinier (but just as powerful) up its sleeve. Enter: the iPhone 5SE, a four-inch model that could be available as early as this Spring.
If your first reaction is "WTF is that name?!" you're not alone.
But you might be happy to learn that Apple is reportedly creating this smaller iPhone to appease those who simply don't want to carry around the large 6 and 6S phones, drawing inspiration from the old 5S. So, the new phone will still pack the same punch as its iPhone 6S model counterparts, simply in a smaller package. Per the reports, the iPhone 5SE will have the same front and rear camera, curved glass edges, color options, Bluetooth and WiFi chips, and Live Photos feature as the iPhone 6/6S. The one notable feature missing from the 5SE, however, is 3D Touch - the new model will not be pressure sensitive.
