The ZTE Axon 7 is a great Android phone for a killer price, and it looks like the company is gearing up to launch something even cheaper pretty soon. The rumored Axon 7 Mini recently popped up on a pair of German retail sites, revealing a potential price, specs and some official-looking renders for the mid-range handset.
The Axon 7 Mini is listed by both Redcoon and Comtech starting at €299 (roughly $334). The device also allegedly packs a 5.2-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 616 processor, a 2,800mAh battery, a 13-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.
We’d take those leaked specs with a grain of salt, at least until ZTE actually unveils the Axon 7 Mini. Those renders look pretty official, suggesting the phone could be ready to launch in the very near future. With IFA 2016 kicking off this week we’ll be on the lookout for the Axon 7 Mini and anything else ZTE might have to show off.
